Clydesdale Bank was founded in 1838 with a head office in Glasgow and a single branch in Edinburgh. In 2004, the Bank has unveiled plans to revitalise its presence in Glasgow with a multi-million pound investment in a new flagship Financial Solutions Centre in Glasgow's Central Business District and the refurbishment and redevelopment of the Bank's head office complex.
