Commercial dispute resolution: the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution Division comprises three practice groups: commercial disputes, property and infrastructure disputes, and regulations and markets, and has a strong presence across all of our UK offices. The team provides tax compliance, advisory and accounting services for individuals and trusts and offers an integrated business tax advisory service spanning corporate tax, VAT and LBTT/Stamp Duty, among a range of other taxes.
