King Khalid Auditorium, Surgeons Hall, Edinburgh, EH8 9DW

This event will look at what we know about the demand for technology skills in Scotland, including skills challenges and opportunities, and critically showcasing some of inspirational initiatives which are already underway to address the digital skills gap. • Hear from industry about how digital skills challenges have affected their business and how they have been working with partners to address this: find out about initiatives focused on tackling this gap and how you can get involved.
  • Network and form new partnerships with organisations showcasing some of the initiatives which are supporting the talent pipeline for digital skills: join the discussion about how we can jointly work towards making a real and lasting impact on digital skills
  • Participate in an optional interactive afternoon session focusing on the technology skills requirements specific to Financial & Business Services and Fintech: hear about the skills research findings specific to the sector, and engage in discussion about how we can build on existing activity.
