MA (Hons) Business Management
As the modern business world becomes increasingly dynamic, understanding the way businesses and organisations operate, and how they make key decisions is crucial. Delegates will develop general management and business knowledge in the context of both large and small private and public sector organisations.
Participants will develop organisational and strategy models and learn how to use them to analyse performance, while learning how to communicate effectively through a range of media.
MA (Hons) Business Management: Financial Services
The aim of this programme is to equip participants with core business and management skills, combined with relevant financial sector elements dependent on the role and type of organisation.
Graduates will also gain knowledge and understanding of internal and external relationships such as effective client management, leadership and team management.
