SFE is delighted to invite you to a breakfast briefing with Dufrain on how data can be used to strengthen the “Three Lines of Defence” when ensuring the effectiveness of an organisation’s risk management framework.
This session will cover the extent of remediation and weaknesses in the Three Lines of Defence model and question how effectively data is being used by organisations to strengthen their approach to conduct risk.
The session will be run by Jay Parekh, Managing Director at Dufrain. Jay brings a depth of consulting programme delivery experience from multiple industries, including Telecommunications, Utilities and Financial Services. Jay has lead Business Transformation programmes where data and systems have been the catalyst for change and has over 15 years consulting experience at PWC, Capita and Deloitte, the latter as Director. He also has operations experience as Head of Change at Reuters.
