SFE & Addleshaw Goddard Webinar - Resilience in unprecedented times

Date: Wednesday 29th April

Time: 9.00am - 10.00am

Scottish Financial Enterprise is delighted to invite you to attend a webinar hosted by members Addleshaw Goddard.

The past 18 months have seen operational resilience take centre stage with UK regulators, to help achieve their core objectives - the FCA's concern to ensure consumers are protected and markets continue to function well, and the PRA's concern with ensuring the stability of the UK financial system through its focus on the safety and soundness of the firms it regulates.  The COVID-19 outbreak has brought firms' crisis management into sharp focus, and tests firms' resilience readiness.

This webinar will explore the key principles underlying resilience and what it means for the Banking and Financial Services industry both now and in the future - including fundamental aspects of governance and the role of senior management.  We will also discuss the implications for supplier and contract management, in light of the recent EBA outsourcing guidelines.

The meeting will be chaired by Addleshaw Goddard's Financial Regulation Scotland Partner, Lorna Finlayson and supported by Haney Saadah, Partner and Head of Regulatory Risk & Compliance and Steven Francis, Partner in Financial Regulation.

Please register using the link below and webinar details will be sent to you a couple of days prior to the event.
