SFE Breakfast Briefing – Gender Diversity: The Benefits & Challenges of Attracting Talent Internationally

Time:  08:30 arrival, with a 09:00 start and a 10:00 finish

Venue: Pinsent Masons, Princes Exchange, 1 Earl Grey Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9AQ

SFE is delighted to invite you to a breakfast briefing with Core-Asset Consulting on Gender Diversity: The Benefits & Challenges of Attracting Talent Internationally.

Following the publishing of its Salary Guide 2016, Core-Asset argue that stakeholders within the financial sector have to develop a more international outlook when it comes to recruitment. This will not only provide companies, it argues, with the requisite skills and experience to be successful on a global stage, it will also help balance the ratio of male to female workers.

The session will be led by Betsy Williamson, Managing Director of Core-Asset Consulting, who will speak on what needs to be done domestically to achieve true gender diversity as well as discussing the challenges in attracting high-calibre international candidates in this ever expanding global industry.

This event is kindly hosted by Pinsent Masons.

This is a private event for SFE Members only, however, please pass on to any interested colleagues within your organisation. To reserve a place, please click here.
