The wealth industry is starting to see some discontinuity. MIFID 2 has put strain on profit, robo has set people thinking but not really achieved that much, and some big brands are trying new things. For example, Marcus from Goldman Sachs while only a mass affluent savings product at the moment in the UK, is something the entire industry is watching closely.
Financial Services focused management consulting firm Capco, conducted some research that looked back at the fundamentals of the industry. And particularly at the quality of client service. The aim was to remind ourselves about what clients have traditionally valued and ask how that might be changing. This study included a combination of focused sessions with six successful wealth businesses, their experience in the market as well as using survey and research data from Wealth Management benchmarking firm, Compeer.
Join us as we discuss key findings and highlight new trends, considering how best to meet the needs of both today and tomorrow’s wealth client.
