The speech delivered by the Swiss Ambassador to the UK, His Excellency Ambassador Alexis P. Lautenberg, at the Joint Scottish-Swiss Financial Services Reception, held in Edinburgh on 20 September 2006. The reception celebrated the establishment of Switzerland's new Consulate General in Edinburgh and the mutual commitment to stengthen links between the financial services communities in Scotland and Switzerland.
