SFE WELCOMES TREASURY ANNOUNCEMENT
Owen Kelly, chief executive of Scottish Financial Enterprise, said:
" SFE welcomes today's announcement by the Government as a decisive action, taken to address what was becoming an increasingly volatile situation.
