Scottish Financial Enterprise Young Professionals seek to appoint two Deputy Chairpeople
Scottish Financial Enterprise Young Professionals (SFE YP) is pleased to bring an exciting opportunity for two new members to join their Steering Committee as a Deputy Chairperson. Established in 2016 by Scottish Financial Enterprise, there are now more than 300 young professionals engaged in the network. The two new deputy Chairperson roles, one each for the Edinburgh and Glasgow regions, have been created to support the expanding network and raise its profile.
The Deputy Chairperson(s) will ensure the Steering Group continues to operate effectively by providing support to the Chairperson, acting as a liaison between Steering Group members and supporting engagement of members.
Amy McDaid, SFE YP Chairwoman, said: “Thanks to the dedication of our Steering Committee and support from the wider SFE membership our Young Professionals network continues to grow and offer fantastic opportunities to people in the early stages of their financial services career.
“We are excited to continue to build on this success and expand our reach to support more professionals working in the financial services industry. We are looking for two enthusiastic and energetic people to join our Committee to help drive forward our aims and objectives to provide career development opportunities, events to develop industry knowledge and encourage innovation, while also giving a voice to the next generation.”
