SFE Appoints New Director of Membership Services


Scottish Financial Enterprise has appointed insights, marketing and product experience specialist Jayne Currie as its new Director of Membership Services as the organisation continues to build its capability to deliver its key strategic objectives.

Before joining SFE, Jayne spent five years with Royal London, going on to become Think Customer Insight Manager with the firm. She has also spent time at Scottish Widows and Standard Life, demonstrating her breadth of experience within the Scottish financial services sector.

Jayne’s key areas of expertise are in customer experience and customer-centric solutions. The new role, created as part of a broader strategic restructuring, will take advantage of this expertise as SFE seeks to strengthen its member proposition.

Commenting on the appointment, SFE Chief Executive Sandy Begbie said, “We’re delighted to have filled this key vacancy with someone of Jayne’s calibre. Its vital that we have the knowledge and capability to continuously offer more value for our membership, and Jayne has shown throughout the recruitment process that she is the right person to help us achieve this.”
