Graduate Programmes

This is a three-year graduate programme for graduates, either recent graduates or those who have a few years experience. There are opportunities in Audit, Tax and Advisory, as well as Fixed Term Contracts in Public Sector Audit.

The selection process takes a flexible approach to academic entry requirements, taking into account candidates' strengths, motivations, and alignment with the firm's goals alongside your academic achievements.

Graduate programmes at Grant Thornton provide a platform for young people to gain a wealth of knowledge and new experiences alongside studying for exams.

Students who have recently completed A levels or equivalent are eligible for this programme. It is a fast-track route to a professional qualification for those who do not intend to attend university.

Apprentices who join immediately after completing their A-Levels will be exposed to all of the skills and training required to become a trusted advisor. This programme covers four or five years of study, learning, and practical experience.

Summer internships at Grant Thornton are open to students in their penultimate or final year of study and provide the opportunity to work on real projects and take on new responsibilities.

The six-week internship begins with a two-day orientation, after which you will begin working on real projects that allow you to develop your skills on a daily basis.

It is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain confidence while gaining valuable work experience.
