Staffmetrix / HR Forum Sept: gender pay gap reporting

Edinburgh based HR data analytics provider, Staffmetrix has published two white papers on gender pay gap reporting. The papers provide a general introduction to the topic, along with guidance on the process organisations should follow.

While organisations may be tempted to publish the minimum required data, there is benefit in providing broader context explaining the reasons why gaps exist, and how these will be addressed. Increasingly prospective employees, shareholders and investors are paying attention to how organisations are achieving greater gender balance across all levels in their organisations and the gender pay reports provide an opportunity to explain their situation.
