‘Responding to the global financial crisis and its aftermath – a Swiss perspective’
His Excellency Alexis P. Lautenberg, Swiss Ambassador to the UK, will be visiting Edinburgh on 16 March 2010. He has agreed to speak to our members about how Switzerland has responded to the financial crisis including recent developments relating to banking confidentiality in Switzerland. He will also cover the Swiss government’s expectations for future international regulation of the industry. The Ambassador will speak for about 20 minutes and will answer questions.
A buffet lunch will be served from 1230 until 1300 in the Holyrood Suite at the Balmoral Hotel, Princes Street, Edinburgh. The event will conclude at 1400.
Numbers are restricted and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
