Supporting the advice and guidance agenda
Contribute to work on the advice/guidance boundary alongside the Wealth Management and Banking Groups.
Supporting older and vulnerable customers
Explore how the industry can better support older and vulnerable customers, including work around Power of Attorney, early intervention and longevity.

Held a roundtable with the FCA, The Pensions Regulator and the Department for Work and Pensions to explore areas of current and potential misalignment across policy and regulation.
