SFE Announce new board member

SFE can today announce that Emma Noble, Group Director Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk (CCOR) at Lloyds Banking Group has joined its board. Emma replaces Jackie Leiper who stepped down from the position at the end of 2025.

Emma brings more than 10 years’ experience at Lloyds Banking Group where her role involves helping the Group deliver its strategy safely, leading relationships with regulators and acting as a trusted partner to the business. Emma has also been appointed as Chair of Lloyds Banking Group’s Scottish Executive Committee.

Emma Noble said: “The financial and professional services industry plays a crucial role in supporting Scotland’s economy.
