Outsourcing and Offshoring in the FS Sector

Join us for a concise, practical session run by CMS on TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)), outsourcing and offshoring in the Financial Services sector.

The session will be led by Employment and Commercial lawyers who’ll cut through the complexity of TUPE transfers, offshoring and tricky grey areas, sharing real-world insights, market trends and practical tips for HR and Legal teams.

Expect real-world scenarios, myth-busting, and ideas to help you manage risk while keeping employees onside, with a focus on strengthening skills in the employment aspects of outsourcing and offshoring situations.
